How protective are your cases?

Our cases provide protection for normal day-to-day use. They fit snugly and feature a super slim profile with a good grip. Plus, the lip around the edges protrudes just enough to protect the screen but will not interfere with swipe gestures on your phone. Due to the slimness of our cases they also don't interfere with wireless charging.

Are your phone cases hard or soft?

Our cases are made of polycarbonate with a fixed shape, which is a hard material, and not a soft rubber or silicon. 

Do the cases have screen "lip"?

Our cases have a very slim profile, so there is only a minimal front "lip" over the screen. For more protection we suggest to put a screen protector on your phone. 

Will your cases fade when exposed to light over extended period of time?

No! As much as you, we don't like products that fade or change color over time. We use industry-leading technology to decorate our cases: this prevents them from fading and gives us a big advantage over our competitors. The bright, colorful inks are embedded deeply into the surface of the case underneath a clear protective finish, so that your case will look fresh and new as long as you have it. These phone cases will outlast your phone! Our cases are durable as well as fade and scratch resistant.

What are your cases made out of?

Our cases are made of polycarbonate plastic which is a hard and a sustainable material providing a perfect fit. The rich, vibrant colors are embedded deeply into the surface of the cases. The finish is scratch resistant and prevents the colors from fading, rubbing off or blurring. Each product is quality tested before delivery to guarantee that it meets our high-quality standards.

Will the phone case leaves scratches on the back of the phone?

No. The material of the phone case is much softer than any metal, glass or ceramic back of your phone. Even if you are constantly putting it in your pocket or a bag, and then pulling it out, it will not leave any scratches on your phone.

Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?

Yes, our cases are compatible with wireless charging. The slim profile of the cases does not interfere with it.

Would a pop socket work with this case?

Yes, of course!

Does the design cover the sides and edges of the phone case?

Yes, entirely. From corner to corner, and edge to edge, our decorative technique leaves no outer surface untouched.

Do you offer fully customized or DIY cases?

If you would like us to design a specialized case for you or you would like to use your image to print on a phone case, please don't hesitate to contact us. We also offer special prices for larger orders and help with designing your cases. 

Can I order a case for a device not listed on your site?

For Apple and Samsung devices not yet listed on our site we are most likely able to produce cases. Drop us a note which device is missing and you would like to order and we will add it to our site. For brands other than the listed above we are not able to produce cases, but keep checking back in! We are always adding new products!

Shipping
How long does it take to ship?

We ship domestically via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which means you should get it in 2-3 days after mailing it. International orders are shipped via a service called Asendia and the average time is 6-10 days depending on the country.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer free shipping, including international orders, for orders over $35.

Will I be charged customs fees?

Any international order may incur a customs fee. But if you order only one or two cases then most likely you will not be charged any customs fees. Since we have no control over the customs authorities in your country and fees vary, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about fees, duties, and taxes. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes.

Can I get a refund or replacement?

We offer refunds within 30 days of delivery. We offer 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from our little store, so if you’re not, let us know. We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee, which means full refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes may be entered at the order summary in the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click Apply. Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

We’re glad you asked! We are a small team working out of Munich in Germany, Warsaw in Poland and New York in the United States. You can get to know us here.
