Refund policy & Warranty
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and services and want our customers to be 100% happy. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, and place customer satisfaction at the center of our policy decisions. Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product and you would like to return it for a refund, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the package and we will be happy to receive it back and issue a full refund, or if you wish so, exchange it for another item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us via the contact form and we will provide you with the address for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Our products are manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards. Our Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in new products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
We will replace or refund at no charge, at our option, any product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation and use.
Our Warranty lasts for 1 year from the documented date of purchase.
We do not guarantee that our products will protect your device from possible damage and offer no warranty beyond that of our products. We do not offer any warranty on your device used in connection with our products.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our Customer Support after contacting us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (if there were any) are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
